Refund Policy for Dedicated Servers
At Hostgen Hosting Solutions, we strive to provide reliable and high-performance dedicated server solutions. However, due to the nature of dedicated servers, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
No Refunds on Provisioned Servers
Once a dedicated server has been set up and provisioned, we do not offer refunds. This is because dedicated servers require resource allocation and configuration that cannot be reversed.
Refund Eligibility
If we fail to deliver the server within the agreed timeframe, you may request a full refund.
In case of hardware failure or service unavailability caused by our infrastructure, we will work on resolving the issue. If we fail to do so within a reasonable timeframe, a pro-rated refund may be issued.
Payments made for software licenses, setup fees, and additional services are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Customers must request cancellation at least [X] days before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal.
No refunds will be provided for early termination of the service within an active billing period.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If a chargeback or dispute is filed without contacting our support team, the account may be suspended, and the refund request will not be processed.

Written notice is required to cancel all products and services. Co-location and Dedicated Server services require 30 days' notice, while all other services require 5 days' notice of cancellation. Tuff Internet Solutions may contact your clients directly in the event of service cancellation or termination, particularly if data/files/documents are not removed from the server during your service period.
